The fund aims to fulfill its investment objectives by primarily allocating capital to a diverse range of small-capitalization companies, which its Sub-Adviser identifies as value stocks. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets (along with any borrowed capital utilized for investment) will be committed to equity or equity-related securities, such as common stocks, of small-cap firms at the time they are acquired.
