Boston Partners Long/Short Equity Fund Investor Class

This investment vehicle strives for significant long-term capital appreciation while simultaneously diminishing its susceptibility to broad equity market volatility. Its objective is to deliver a total return that surpasses the S&P 500® Index over a full market cycle. The fund implements a strategy of establishing "long" positions in stocks identified by the Adviser as undervalued, concurrently taking "short" positions in those the Adviser deems overvalued. Under typical circumstances, the Adviser plans to commit a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, encompassing borrowed capital for investment purposes, to equity securities. Furthermore, the Adviser anticipates that, under normal market conditions, the fund's long positions will generally not exceed approximately 125% of its net assets.
