That Master Portfolio pursues the same investment objectives and employs the identical strategies as this fund. Under typical market conditions, at least 90% of the fund's overall value—inclusive of any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes—will be allocated to the components of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Index.
