This fund primarily allocates its capital to a varied selection of major corporations whose shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, or NASDAQ exchanges. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets (including any borrowed funds used for investing) is committed to equities classified as large-cap growth at the point of acquisition.
