The Biondo Focus Fund principally directs its capital towards a range of long-term holdings. These include equity shares of American corporations, regardless of their market valuation, alongside American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) representing ownership in foreign businesses. The fund also invests in high-grade fixed income instruments, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and derivative options linked to stocks, ADRs, and ETFs. Furthermore, it possesses the ability to employ financial leverage, potentially through bank loans, up to a maximum of 33% of its total assets, which are defined as the sum of its net assets and any borrowed funds used for investment.
