The Berkshire Focus Fund aims for long-term capital appreciation primarily by investing in common stocks. Its portfolio managers have the flexibility to select companies across the entire market capitalization spectrum, regardless of their size. A defining characteristic of this fund is its substantial concentration in the electronic technology sector; it can allocate a significant portion of its assets – ranging from over 25% to as much as 100% – to this specific industry.
