Under typical market conditions, this fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital for investment) to the stocks of small and medium-sized companies. This allocation can also include other investment vehicles, such as certain funds, that are designed to track the performance of small and mid-cap equities. The fund has the flexibility to invest in securities issued by both U.S. and international entities.
