American Beacon Balanced Fund

Under typical market conditions, the fund maintains a portfolio primarily composed of equity and debt investments. Specifically, it allocates between 50% and 70% of its total assets to equity securities, with the remaining 30% to 50% dedicated to debt instruments. Within the equity segment, the fund has the flexibility to invest in a diverse array of instruments. These can range from common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, income deposit securities, and income trusts, to initial public offerings (IPOs), master limited partnerships (MLPs), and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Additionally, the fund may hold depositary receipts, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), along with U.S. dollar-denominated foreign equities traded on domestic exchanges.
